AOS has hired a PR firm, Kaliah Communications, and Michelle Brown is working with local media and social media to get the word out that the gardens are open. As a part of these efforts Michelle has started promoting the AOS Facebook page. It has been around for a while but not much was going on with it. When Michelle started working the page it had 93 members and already it has gone up considerable. So check it out. If you are not on Facebook it is very easy to join and then search for "American Orchid Society". Many orchid societies have their own Facebook pages.
